Inspiration guaranteed at the Edinburgh Mountain Film Festival

Paralympian Karen Darke will be talking about her handcycling journey across the Himalayas

Un-climbable rock routes, gnarly ski lines, Arctic temperatures and daring single track routes… The line-up for the 2015 Edinburgh Mountain Film festival will have leave you craving adventures.

Taking place from 6-8 February 2015 in the George Square Theatre, films include the award-winning ski flick Afterglow, Danny MacAskill’s daredevillish bike antics, amputee Jamie Andrew’s ascent of the Matterhorn and a journey along Iran’s Karun river.

Speakers include serial adventurer Dave Cornthwaite, National Geographic photographer Cory Richards, and handcycling Paralympian turned adventurer Karen Darke.
