Iciest competition in the world!

The 8th edition of ‘La Gorzderette’, the truly iciest competition in the world, will be held in the valley of Champagny le Haut in the French ski resort of La Plagne.

More and more newcomers join returning competitors every year to participate in this one-of-a-kind extraordinary sporting challenge!

It’s great fun and has a superb atmosphere as competitors descend on La Plagne and team up to take part in a whole host of icy challenges from ice climbing, to 3-legged snow shoeing, hay sledging and more!

At last year’s gathering over 400 contenders could be heard shouting the now famous and heartfelt slogan « détendez-vous, ça va bien se passer! » (relax, everything’s going to be just fine!!).
