Deuter ACT Trail backpack

Gear, Packs — By Outdoor Adventure Guide on May 16, 2012 at 12:02 pm

Deuter ACT Trail rucksack - RRP £ong>85deuter-act-trail-backpack

A really good quality, sturdy and well-thought-through rucksack for walking and hiking – even the zip pulls are easy to open. The Deuter ACT Trail offers comfort and breathability with its Aircontact back system and padded straps to lighten even the largest of loads.

A great feature of this rucksack is the ‘less-faff’ two-way zip, which allows access to the bottom of the rucksack without the need for opening the lid and rummaging through everything.

The lid itself houses two pockets – one inside, one outside and has a panel of practical emergency information. A zipped pocket can be found on one side of the waistband for essential snacks, but sadly won’t fit an iPhone or GPS.

There are two further side pockets – one zipped and one mesh that offer different storage solutions. Other features include a bladder compartment, one pole loop and a rain cover.
