Well it’s been a long and fun summer. Since my last blog I went over to Klosters in Switzerland for a bit of mountain training. My girlfriend Anna went with me and we had a great 6 days.
Triathlete team make new world record
USN ambassadors Thomas Reader, Stu Baker, Edmund Salt, Robert Baird, Luke Swain and Dave Grigg have been celebrating after becoming the new world record holders of the gruelling Enduroman Arch to Arc Triathlon beating the previous record by an impressive 1 hour and 22 minutes.
